Refund policy

After-sales period: Returns and exchanges are eligible within 30 days from the time of receipt. Requests received after this period will not be accepted. These products are personal beauty accessories that have been opened and used, or simply not to the customer’s liking.
If the wrong size is selected, a full refund cannot be granted without reason. The only option is to exchange the product (the buyer is responsible for both shipping costs).
